When the 75 ton Orion first debuted in 2527, it was considered one of the ultimate Battlemechs to take to the battlefield. A title which would stay with the Orion for generations thanks to its combination of mix ranged weaponry and solid 14 tons of armor allowing the machine to dependable beast in almost any combat scenario. It has also been a favorite mech of commanders, most notable Alexander Kerensky who piloted his Orion through out most of his career.

Mike Strider's custom Orion is armed with a devastating combination of twin LRM 15s, a ER Large Laser and 4 ER Medium Lasers. The Mech is also equipped with a Null Signature System and 4 jump jets allowing for both stealth and mobility.

I agree in part on the feet. I was trying to keep it close to the original works but I do like the of Mechs having more stabilizing parts in their foot actuators ever sense the demo video of Mechwarrior 3015 (watching that Warhammer in motion was magical)
I do keep the 3050 omnis and the MW 4 animation in mind when drawing the legs of the mech to make sure the feet stay level and firm to the ground as the mech strides. This always gives the machine weight and balance I would want a walking tank to have. At time, it's the hardest part of the drawing.
